Who handles your information
Suzuka Detailing operates suzukadetailing.co.uk and is responsible for the customer information described here.
For privacy, accessibility or service queries, call 07522 395720 or contact us on WhatsApp. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive documents.
Information and purposes
When you create an account, we process your name, email address, authentication credentials and session information to provide and secure the account. Supabase provides the authentication service; passwords are handled by that service and are not displayed to Suzuka staff by this website.
The enquiry form prepares a downloadable file locally. Its contents are not submitted to Suzuka by the form. Signing in prefills your name and email. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, which may include vehicle details, postcode and your requested service.
Lawful bases
We use information necessary to provide an account and take steps you request before entering a service contract. We use legitimate interests to secure the service and respond to general enquiries, and legal obligations where records must be kept. We do not use this website to subscribe you to marketing.
Providers and transfers
The account project is hosted in Supabase’s London region. Supabase and its subprocessors may process support, authentication and operational data elsewhere under their contractual safeguards. WhatsApp is an external service with its own privacy terms. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical request logs. The current design loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information.
Vehicle information
The vehicle form keeps the registration, make/model, body type and selected size in this browser tab so you can continue to booking. When enabled, choosing Find my vehicle sends your registration through our server to RegCheck (Infinite Loop Development Ltd) to retrieve make, model and body type. It does not request keeper information. Provider credentials are still being configured, so manual entry is available. Please confirm vehicle size separately.
Booking information
When online booking opens, your account, chosen package, appointment time, phone number, vehicle, service address, postcode and notes will be stored to arrange your service. Stripe will handle card deposits and refunds; this website will store payment references and amounts rather than card numbers. Your deposit is credited towards the service price. Booking is currently closed while timings, refund terms and payments are configured.
Keeping information
Account information is kept while the account is active. Contact us to request deletion. Necessary legal records and security logs may need to be retained after deletion. The precise retention periods and provider arrangements must be finalised before public launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us to make a request. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security
Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices and keep your email account secure. Never send your password to us. Read our cookies and storage notice for session storage details.
