This website is operated by Suzuka Detailing Package information helps you choose a service. Preparing an enquiry or creating an account does not book an appointment or take payment.

Prices and appointments

Essential £55; Signature £95; Signature+ £145; Premium £225; Ultimate from £395, subject to vehicle and paint assessment. Maintenance is £60 after Signature or above. Headlight restoration is £29 per headlight or £49 for both.

We confirm the scope, final total price, location, timing and any additional costs before you agree to a booking. Any proposed extra work requires your agreement. Maintenance is available within 4 weeks of a completed qualifying detail linked to your account.

Essential, Signature, Signature+ and Premium prices are for small cars. Large cars add £5 and extra large cars add £10. Vehicle size must be confirmed when booking. Vans require a tailored quote. Ultimate requires assessment. Maintenance and headlight prices are unchanged by vehicle size.

Service expectations

Results depend on vehicle condition. Headlight restoration addresses surface deterioration; internal damage or cracks may need replacement or other repair. We will discuss suitability before work. Generated gallery images are illustrative; the supplied headlight photographs demonstrate a before and after comparison.

Suzuka Paddock Club

Suzuka Paddock Club rates are Essential from £49, Signature from £79, Signature+ from £129, Premium from £199 and Ultimate from £299. These rates require an active Suzuka Paddock Club (£9.99/month) linked to your account. Ultimate is currently unavailable. Membership subscriptions are coming soon; recurring payment and cancellation terms will be provided before membership enrolment opens.

Maintenance eligibility

SUZUKA Maintenance requires a completed Signature, Signature+, Premium or Ultimate detail linked to your customer account. The maintenance appointment must fall within 28 days of that detail. We verify completion and eligibility through your account history.

Deposit and cancellation

When online booking opens, a £20 deposit is payable to secure an appointment and is deducted from the service total. Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive your deposit back as SUZUKA credit to spend on detailing services or in the SUZUKA Store. This cancellation refund is issued as credit, rather than a cash or card refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, contact us to discuss cancellation, rescheduling and any rights that apply. If Suzuka cancels your appointment, you are entitled to your deposit back. Card refunds can take time to reach your account.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Cancellation arrangements and any applicable distance-contract cancellation information must be provided before a booking is agreed. If work is requested within a statutory cancellation period, the necessary express request and acknowledgements must be obtained. These terms do not remove your statutory rights, including services being carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Accounts and website use

Keep your sign-in details secure. Do not misuse the site, access another person’s account or submit unlawful content. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
